QiGong - The Five Animals
The Five Animals QiGong was developed by the legendary Chinese doctor HuaTuo about 2000 years agao. It imitates the motion of five different kinds of animals - the tiger, the deer, the bear, the monkey, and the bird, to heal disease and keep fit.
Qigong - BaDuanJin
Ba, meaning the number 8 in Chinese. Eight different movements that are repeated for several times during the QiGong practise. Practising BaDuanJin is benefitial for the circulation and overall fitness of the body.
